Renaud Yasin
Product Owner · Applied-AI Delivery · Houston, TX
A Houston-based delivery leader who owns applied-AI systems from brief to production, with 12+ years owning the full lifecycle of enterprise software across banking, financial crimes, telecom, and environmental services. On my own time I set the brief for applied-AI systems and build them through Claude, to learn where the technology earns its keep and to practice the harder discipline of proving it works. My north star: outcomes, not output. AI is the new paintbrush; what I bring is the part it can’t, knowing when the output is good enough to ship.
Author the brief, hold the line on good
I'm an early, hands-on adopter of generative AI, and I ship real applications with Claude: systems that carry live users, evaluation harnesses, and a monthly cost budget, not weekend demos. Here is how the work splits. I author the product brief and the acceptance criteria; Claude does much of the implementation, inside guardrails I set.
Those guardrails are the unglamorous ones: no future data leaks into a training window, every number on the page traces back to a source, and the thing has to be correct before it ships. That last part is where my judgment lives now, deciding what good means for a given system and holding the ship button until it's met.
